Brief Description:
The Restoration Technician is a first responder on property loss situations and helps mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures. Technicians are responsible for water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack-outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling.

As our Experienced Truck Technician / Mechanic, you'll take on the challenge of maintaining and repairing medium and heavy-duty Class 7 & 8 trucks, ensuring every job is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will directly support our customers' success by keeping their trucks running smoothly and maximizing uptime.
Each day, you'll diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, identifying the best solutions to restore each truck to peak performance. Your work may include repairing or rebuilding major components such as cabs, steering systems, engines, transmissions, axles, differentials, brakes, clutches, electrical systems, and air systems.

WHAT YOU NEED:
2 or more years of experience working on all makes and models of medium and heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks, including engine repair, electronic trouble-shooting, HVAC systems, and chassis repair. Will also accept candidates with a Diesel tech degree and a mechanical aptitude/background.
Kenworth Essentials certifications preferred.
Basic computer knowledge. Cummins and MX software experience preferred.
Self-motivation and assertiveness.

The Independent Operator Role
The Independent Operator (IO) is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where individuals take ownership of their Grocery Outlet store. This is a unique business opportunity, not a franchise, giving operators the autonomy to run their business while benefiting from the support and resources of an established retail brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations: Oversee daily store functions, including inventory management, compliance, and financial oversight to ensure profitability and growth.
Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
Buying & Merchandising: leveraging Grocery Outlet's unique buying model. Order the variety and quantity of products to meet the unique preferences of your local community.

Financial & Business Acumen: Manage financial performance, including sales, margins, expenses, and overall profitability.
