OUR REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in hotel or club service performing similar work (preferred)
Professional in appearance
Strong communication skills

Position Summary
The Security & Parking Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing Westwood Country Club's security and parking operations, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and professionalism of all services. The Men's Grill Server provides first-class experiences to members in the dining area, making sure all their food, beverage, and hospitality needs are met. Here's a closer look:
Setting up and breaking down the dining area
Welcoming members, anticipating needs, and answering questions
Taking members' food and beverage orders and explaining menu items as requested
Ensuring checks are accurate and properly closed out

Maintaining food service and storage areas
Informing management about any problems, accidents, or member complaints
Continually elevating the food service experience by attending meetings, participating in training, growing your food service knowledge, and collaborating with your hospitality team
Completing other tasks as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1+ years of restaurant serving experience
Deep knowledge of proper alcohol and food service
Clean and professional appearance and attitude
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to work with your team to meet goals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, move 25 lbs., and stand/walk for extended periods
Genuine passion for customer service and member satisfaction
High school degree or equivalent
Country club experience and basic computer skills would be a plus!

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a part-time Golf Beverage Cart Attendant, you will navigate the golf course while driving an electric cart, serving and selling an array of beverages and snacks. You will confirm that all members are of age before serving alcoholic drinks and accurately process payments following our cash procedures. Throughout the day, you will maintain high beverage and snack quality, address any guest concerns, and contribute to the cleanliness and organization of your cart and the golf course. You will anticipate their needs and ensure their tabs are accurate and properly closed. You will also participate in team meetings and trainings, providing feedback to management on any guest comments or complaints!
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR A GOLF BEVERAGE CART ATTENDANT?
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of wine, liquor, and beer
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
Strong communication skills
Genuine passion for delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to lift 25 - 50 lbs. and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
At least one year of beverage cart experience is preferred. Country club experience is also a plus!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BBQ CHEF / LINE COOK
As a BBQ Chef and Line Cook, you're responsible for delivering first-class BBQ cuisine to our members. You oversee an assigned smoker outlet and prepare food items from scratch. As directed, you set up and break down workstations, ensuring proper equipment, linens, and other materials are clean and in working order. You prepare all orders promptly and efficiently as well as make sure your station is kept safe and sanitized.
