About the Job: We're looking for a hardworking Torch Operator B to join our production team. In this role, you'll help keep parts moving efficiently through the steel prep department by assisting with plasma cutting, grinding, beveling, and press brake operations. If you enjoy hands-on work and operating cranes and other fabrication equipment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload steel plates using overhead cranes.
Bevel with Secator and grind steel parts to prepare for further fabrication.
Operate and assist with plasma cutting equipment.
Mark and label plates according to prints and routing sheets.
Separate and organize parts by department (e.g., front walls, sidewalls, canopies, rails, etc.).
Assist press brake operators by positioning and moving parts using cranes.
Operate tuggers to transport materials between departments.
Read blueprints and routing sheets to determine labeling, part routing, and next steps.
Assist painters with positioning parts and moving hoses.
Perform sandblasting and general housekeeping as needed.
Follow all safety and quality procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and routing sheets.
Comfortable working with overhead cranes, tuggers, and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Job Summary:
The Accounting Supervisor is a strategic financial leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations while driving process improvements, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. This role supports executive decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, and leads a high-performing team across AP, AR, and GL functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Position Summary
Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and supervision of crew activities. Supervise and coordinate onsite field operations of RK Industries, LLC. and associated sub-contractors and vendors.
