Will perform receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, and delivery of MRO inventory parts. Will receive incoming inventory into the warehouse thru the Maximo system. Required to barcode and label all parts. Stock inventoried items in appropriate locations. Verify purchase order numbers, packing slips, and description of parts. Will process all incoming orders into warehouse and pick inventoried items based upon ordering system. Deliver parts to different locations. Perform cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy of inventory in the system.

Job Description
The State of Illinois currently has an extensive applications portfolio with systems spanning multiple State agencies and systems aging over 35 years. Many of these systems are duplicative, reside in aging technologies, may not be value-adding, and may not be aligned with the business mission of the State of Illinois. In order to improve support for State operations, reduce overall costs, improve efficiency and improve security, it is imperative to assess the state, risk and technical viability of the State's application portfolio, including how well it meets business needs, and determine the options for remediation.The goal of the State of Illinois is to obtain a Vendor to provide professional services to perform an enterprise-wide application rationalization on an application portfolio containing over 2,500 applications spanning 50 State entities. The Vendor will assess the state of the applications using a mutually agreed upon methodology and approach, analyze the enterprise application portfolio, meet with business and information technology subject matter experts to identify the relevance of an application to the business capability, the business value, risks, identify rationalization opportunities, identify dispositions, develop detailed business cases, develop rationalization roadmaps and timelines for implementation of rationalization recommendations.
This project is expected to be 3-5 years in duration.
Qualifications
There are several roles that will be needed for this project:
Functional Architect: Maintain focus on the high level/conceptual vision of the product and its function and features throughout the project to ensure the design/solution ties to business requirements and goals.
Project Coordinator: Develop work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and maintain and communicate status reports for high profile enterprise IT projects. Provide business analysis support and subject matter and project management expertise. Requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology-related discipline, and three years of project life-cycle methodology and technology project management experience.

**Pipefitter** This person will be able to lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, pipe supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial production and processing systems. Other duties may be assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders and benders.
+ Attach pipes to walls, structures and fixtures, such as radiators or tanks, using brackets, clamps, tools or welding equipment.
+ Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading.
+ Plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications.
+ Select pipe sizes and types and related materials, such as supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, according to specifications.
+ Modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, and related machines and equipment, following specifications and using hand and power tools.
+ Install automatic controls used to regulate pipe systems.
+ Turn valves to shut off steam, water, or other gases or liquids from pipe sections, using valve keys or wrenches.
+ Remove and replace worn components.
+ Inspect work sites for obstructions and to ensure that holes will not cause structural weakness.
+ Operate motorized pumps to remove water from flooded manholes, basements, or facility floors.
+ Dip nonferrous piping materials in a mixture of molten tin and lead to obtain a coating that prevents erosion or galvanic and electrolytic action.
+ Other duties as assigned.

We are a growing IT Services company in the Springfield, IL. Due to high demand, we need to add another staff member to our team to support our small and medium business clients. We function as the provide IT services to companies that are too small to have their own team.

We are seeking a Systems Engineer / Network Specialist to handle the following:
Install and configure computers, networks, peripherals, etc. Set up routers and firewalls. May also include set up of printers, scanners, audio/visual equipment and other related equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, networks and other equipment.
Monitor and evaluate system and network performance. Make recommendations for changes or upgrades as warranted.
As you progress in your role, you may be needed to make proactive suggestions to clients on ways they can utilize technology solutions that will enable their business to be more efficient / profitable. Therefore, persuasive and diplomatic communication skills, including soft-selling techniques, would be helpful.
