The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**

**Required Qualifications**
Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
**Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities**
+ Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

**Working Conditions**
+ Working environment is favorable, generally working inside with moderate noise.
+ Work shifts vary from one store to another, but generally are no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours
+ Traveling between store locations in your personal vehicle is required; often with long periods of time
+ Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines
+ Indoor floors and outdoor lots generally are hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.) lighting and temperature are adequate.
**Physical Requirements**
+ Ability to travel as required in support of district needs.
+ Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with the assistance of proper material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jack).
+ Ability to occasionally lift or reach merchandise overhead.
+ Ability to frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders.
+ Ability to safely access all areas of the store including selling floor, side lot, stock area, and register area.
+ Ability to constantly operate store equipment such as computer, cash register, and other store equipment.

Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
This skilled trade position has primary responsibilities to set up and operate conventional and special purpose lathes, mills and grinding machines within the Maintenance Department.
Essential Functions:
Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, etc. to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
Measures, marks, and scribes' dimensions and reference points on material or work-piece as guides for subsequent machining as necessary.
Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines as necessary to machine parts as required.
Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors (speed, feed, coolant flow, depth/angle of cuts); input/edit computer programs; operate/observe machine in operation, detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to machine parts according to quality specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on machines as required.
Confer with Engineers, Production personnel, Programmers, etc. to resolve machining or assembly issues.
Must be able to bring projects to completion with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Associate degree from two-year college or technical school or 4 to 6 years related work experience and/or training. Journeyman's papers or State Certification desired.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to develop practical solutions and problem solve.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
Must be able to work well with peers and superiors in all departments of the Company.
Must adhere to all Company policies.
