stuck working crazy non-consistent hours. Working overnights and double shifts back to back. The RPA's and directors. Bad communication. No consequences for unprofessional behavior. Not hiring enough staff. Does not pay you out for your unused PTO, you lose it. Withholding our retention and longevity bonuses along with getting vaccines for working during COVID. On-call 24/7. Expected to work overtime every week. They can not mandate us there is no union.
