What You'll Be Doing * Gaining training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, counseling, mental health, and parenting. * Creating lasting, positive change for children and their families. * Implementing strategies outlined in students' behavior support plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. * Partnering with school district personnel to support students in accessing the curriculum through the implementation of behavior analytic procedures. * Utilizing crisis management procedures to de-escalate students' engagement in challenging behaviors. Physical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following: push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds and move quickly, according to client needs.
