The broad management team are very shady. I found out they put my job up on Indeed in an ad while I was still employed that's how I found out I was getting fired.
Called my immediate supervisor to why and at first tried playing dumb about it until I told him I'm looking at the Indeed ad right now for my position. He said ohh I'll have to get back to you and didn't call back until thy next day. I had called his immediate supervisor who never answered and to this day has never returned my phone call.
My drivers are good people and hard workers.
Not much. The COO was over bearing and completely not a humble leader like I had initially thought and my immediate supervisor didn't have my best interest. He was firing people right and left.
All new higher management team.
Just went I person confident.
Diversity was there.
Was the logistics part of kocing vehicles around sufficiently.
I was so heavily under paid by 30+ grand I came to find out.
