This is a Full Time position M-F 7a-5p, every third Saturday
The Level 1 Inside Parts Sales Representative, will be the first point of contact for all customer walk-in traffic, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. The primary responsibility will be to sell truck and trailer parts by accurately looking up availability, processing orders, receiving inventory, and completing transactions. In addition to handling in-store sales, you will manage phone orders, online orders, and support outside sales representatives.
This position will play a critical role in building strong customer relationships, providing general product knowledge, and ensuring that every customer feels confident in our ability to maximize their uptime. This role requires working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, where accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are key.
Essential Job Functions: The responsibilities listed are fundamental to the position and must be performed successfully to achieve the key performance objectives of the role. Other responsibilities may be assigned.
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
Perform general retail parts sales, including looking up parts, processing orders, and collecting payments.

Assist with delivery coordination and support drivers as needed.
Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations, including cycle counting, inventory changeovers, and general organization.
Work with all makes and models of truck parts, ensuring customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring inventory accuracy and accessibility.
