What Do You Like About Working There?

Time Flies, always on the Road delivering Automotive Parts too different garages. Love meeting customers with a positive attitude. Doing what your position is by promptly doing your job in a 5 star Manner. Knowing what needs too be performed as a parts driver; NO customers needs too require on second guessing to the driver on asking about taking parts back and writing them up so the customers can get a credit towards their account. I truly LOVED working there I meet awesome CUSTOMERS. (The Parts House)

What DON'T You Like About Working There?

I worked at my past PRIOR job for 5 years! Walking into this company of Mornings I was scheduled feeling HUMBLED and delightful by thee end of your day clocking out of your shift was like swallowing a jagged pill down your throat feeling DISAPPOINTED and UNWANTED on the performance of work you worked on that day. You’d leave like there was no Appreciation, Especially when working with thee Devil of a dispatcher that was so Unappreciative, Lacked communication and had a huge EGO thinking that when she does wrong SHES never told she’s wrong and continues with her day and points fingers at the one’s WHOSE doing everything right. One downward spiral I’ve noticed if you don’t fit in her pack your thrown too the wolves too get eaten alive.. She favors too many instead of HAVING AN EQUAL AMOUNT OF EMPLOYEES (TEAM WORK IS THE KEY) The main hiring manager was told several times by other employees that worked at this company of the EVIL EYE dispatcher and how she PERFORMS HER “manager skills” controls everyone in a not so called working Environment. People that get hired at this company tries to tolerate this Narcissistic dispatcher and decides too quit before their 90 day probation is up! I’ve meet some awesome new employees that were new and a week later quitting because of the dispatcher “AST.Manager”! I honestly know for a fact that the hiring manager completely knows the reason for outsiders quitting so soon and he DOES NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE MATTER, she’s the problem of keeping good Employees I WAS ONE OF THEM UNTIL I THREW THE TOWEL IN AND said I HAD ENOUGH, THAT NOTHING WAS GOING TOO BE FIXED NOR ACCOMPLISHED OF THIS ONGOING CONFLICT!!!! It’s BECAUSE of HER!!!!! She is A Devious unkind individual and is a hard Employee too work with, as a TEAM Player. She directs employees too do things if they are standing around while she sits back and plays candy crush Seeks Instagram/Facebook and what she needs too place on instaKart after her shift is over on her phone. Needless too say US employees that do work WORK!! Good LUCK too new ones that get hired at this Company! Just a reminder If it occurs with you Please call Corporate or get the direct number too the VICE PRESIDENT he would love to hear the exhaustingly downgrading surroundings that’s not been related!!! don’t go too the HIRING Manager (YOU WILL NOT WIN)
