This position works under the Senior Program Director performing skilled CAD (Computer Aided Design) system work for engineering design. This type of work requires the application of engineering and computer-based drafting skills, and knowledge in preparing civil and site drawings, in addition to field assignments related to the area of work as needed. The Senior CADD Specialist will have a high level of autonomy in carrying out assignments.
Responsibilities
• Prepare, and create dynamic three-dimensional representations using AutoCAD Civil 3D to represent civil design projects such as roadway, airport, and site development.
• Assist with the preparation or review of project documentation, as directed, (e.g. presentations, sketches, renderings, drawings, maps, technical memoranda, meeting records, etc.).
• Gather supporting data and prepare detailed drawings which show dimensions and specifications of roadways, buildings, water lines, sewers, drains, and related information.
