Responsibilities: Human Resource Intern Functions: Associate Services: assist with answering general HR questions/concerns, wardrobe distribution, inventory sales, inventory management, and laundering uniforms. Bridge USA Program: coordinate with Bridge students their arrival plans to the United States, assist with Bridge student onboarding at the park, and managing fun events for our Bridge program including bus trip to nearby local destinations. Employee Housing: assist employees utilizing our employee housing with check-in, check-out, and any additional assistance they may need during their stay in our housing dorm. Employment Center: assist with scheduling employee onboarding, completing onboarding, setting up work permits, completing paperwork, and answering general HR questions. HR Compliance: assist with auditing employee records, work permits, and our human resources information system (HRIS). Interns will also ensure our park is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Maintains our learning management system (LMS) Recruiting: assist with job fairs, attending remote recruiting events, pushing applicants through our system, and assisting with hiring applicants where needed. Volunteer Program: support our volunteer program coordinating with multiple different volunteer groups and operating departments that utilize volunteers at the park. Interns will also seek to network and find additional groups to join our program. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be currently pursuing a college degree or a recent graduate (within 180 days of the start of employment/program at Kings Dominion). Commit to working at Kings Dominion and completing intern program requirements during the 2026 spring session (Jan through April) Ability to work at minimum 24 hours per week- weekends and evening availability Ability and comfort with working in both indoor and outdoor environments that may include a variety of weather conditions (rain, heat, snow, wind, etc.).

What You Will Do: As a part of the Digital Product Optimization (DPO) team, you will be supporting digital experimentation (A/B Testing) capabilities & culture within DXT with a focus on internal tools, including an AI-driven knowledge base system. You will also learn and assist with the day-to-day strategic operations of an Experimentation Center of Excellence supporting multiple sites & brands within the DXT portfolio. On any given day you might: · Evaluate, manipulate & optimize data sets · Use atomic research to establish a durable metadata taxonomy · Work with Product Management team to build and groom product requirements · Collaborate with data science, data analytics, engineering, user research and more cross-functional teams · Collaborate on an Agentic AI prototype for DPO's research knowledge base Required Qualifications & Skills: · Basic SQL or Data Querying skills · Familiarity with Tagging/Taxonomy Design · Knowledge and experience with User Research methodologies · Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts · Analytical thinking, problem solving & attention to detail · Excellent verbal & written communication skills Preferred Qualifications & Skills: · Direct experience building Agentic AI applications, with exposure to AI evaluation techniques · Direct experience manipulating a complex data set · Experience/Exposure to A/B Testing or Experimentation Education: Currently enrolled undergraduate student in an accredited college/university, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human/Computer Interaction, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Library & Information Science, Business Analytics or related field. Eligibility Requirements & Program Information: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Glendale, CA area Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $42 per hour. Program Summary: Judson Center Behavioral Health Services offers traditional and crisis driven therapy interventions to children, adolescents, and adults who need support with managing their emotional, behavioral, and/or mental illnesses that are impacting their quality of life. Job Summary: The primary responsibility of a Behavioral Health Intern is to assist Behavioral health Staff with a variety of therapeutic treatment and Case Management services. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Assists clinical staff in providing individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults who have diagnosable mental, behavioral or emotional disorder that interferes with or limits quality of life including co-occurring substance use issues.
