About the Role: Over a myriad of communication channels - outbound phone calls, email, and video - reach out to both cold and warm leads, to contact decision makers in prospective customer firms, to introduce them to SafeSend and our suite of solutions. Develop ongoing relationships with prospective customers by being a resource, demonstrating a good understanding of our key products, and communicating effectively (oral and written). Cultivate and nurture prospects to advance them from unknown status to an appointment with a Sales Executive or scheduled product demo. Be creative and unique in outreach efforts that drive hand raising opportunities. Make outbound phone calls to prospective customers to collect information and set or confirm appointments. Use social media best practices and networking skills to connect with and engage prospective customers. Work with our talented Marketing team on new methods to reach prospective customers and get the word out. Assist Sales Executives in customer and prospective customer follow-up. Strive for meeting and exceeding targets for contacts made, appointments set, relevant information collected, and overall sales pipeline growth with the ultimate goal to aid in bringing on new business. Be curious and motivated to deliver top-notch job performance and then potentially springboard into other roles in the organization. About you: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good at storytelling, capturing interest, and engaging customers and prospective customers in a compelling way. Fast learner with a demonstrated aptitude to learn new skills and topics related to client collaboration technology. Strong time management and organization skills. Team player with good collaboration and listening skills. Driven and passionate about achieving goals and moving the needle. Knowledge of the public accounting space or professional tax preparation is a plus. 1-2 years in outbound-focused sales or other customer-oriented roles/internships (support, customer service, etc.).
