Location: This position may be located in Ogden, Utah, Auburn Hills, Michigan or our Mexican locations. What you'll do: * Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute division-wide safety and sustainability strategies aligned with corporate goals and regulatory requirements. * Operational Oversight: Lead safety programs across multiple manufacturing sites, including those involving explosives, die casting, automated systems, industrial manufacturing and high-labor operations. * Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with all health, safety & environmental legislation in Countries we operate in and Autoliv Standards. What is required: * Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (HMM), or equivalent preferred. * Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in EHS roles within automotive or high volume manufacturing. Proven expertise in explosives safety, die casting operations, automated manufacturing systems, sustainability, and high-labor environment.
