Shift Hours: 1:45 pm - 10:00 pm · Swing Shift (M-F) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * The Production Associate operates various machines and performs tasks related to the production of airbags, inflators, or component parts. * Performs repetitive work requiring continuous alertness and attention to detail. Associates ensure that a high-quality product is produced. * Monitors machines and verifies that parts meet specifications by using hand gauge measurements and/or visual inspection. * Promotes quality and safety rules while maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition. * Trains and/or instructs others as required. * Maintains reliable attendance and a full-time work status. * Adheres to safety standards. * Must be able to stand for 8 hours, and lift 25-50 lbs. * Other duties as assigned.
