The Safety & Sustainability Director for the Americas leads the development and implementation of comprehensive safety strategies across the division (Canada, USA, Mexico, and Brazil) to ensure compliance with regional regulations and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainable practices. This role partners with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of safety and sustainability, aligning regional efforts with global corporate goals.
