Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
Provide technical and analytical support within project teams and define requirements based on business needs for the Sales Operations organization across all B Braun companies. Define, document, and maintain process workflows and business outcomes related to the use of systems by the Sales and IT teams while using Agile practices and implementing solutions accordingly. Assist in identifying projects to drive innovation and digitalization across Sales Operations organization. Communicate effectively with management on status of projects. Support Salesforce.com initiatives and projects along with administrative duties which includes, but is not limited to, User Setup, Password Resets and other SFDC functionality. Analyze and assist with calculating field sales commissions and monthly performance metrics. Coordinate, compile, and prepare the annual plan and quotas and distribute to field sales with Incentive Compensation team. Support Incentive Compensation efforts working with business leaders to drive the business strategy and supporting software strategy. Provide analyses as required including data validation and sales/commission metrics and assist with reporting for management. Analyze data trends and offer suggestions to management based on observations

Requires basic knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field. Uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action. Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. May periodically assist in orienting, training, and/or reviewing the work of other peers.

The Test Automation Analyst is responsible for providing technical support for test automation and quality assurance testing of the Euronet Software solutions. This position works with the Test Automation Team Lead to identify, develop, and maintain processes and tools for test automation and to manage the QA test environments. This position also works closely with QA analysts, software developers, and architects to isolate and solve issues.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Design and execute test plans & cases based on software requirements and technical specifications

Record and document results and compare to expected results

Coordinates and manages the QA environments and automated testing infrastructure

Automate test cases based on software and QA requirements and technical specifications

Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and correct

Document and report issues; track issue resolution

Participate in application planning meetings.

Establishing and maintaining an automated testing infrastructure. Building and enhancing test automation scripts

Create new and enhance existing test automation scripts

Provide technical assistance to QA analysts with researching issues during testing.

Know appropriate usage of industry standard tools for test automation.

Requirements

2 years of programming and database experience

Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems; MySQL and Oracle databases

Ability to write automated scripts for testing User Interfaces, Transaction Processing, REST and SOAP-based APIs and Web Services

Experience in problem/issue identification, documentation, tracking and resolution

Excellent analytical and organization skills

The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Ability to work in a team environment

This job is offered on-site and does not offer remote work. Candidates must be able to commute and report to work location regularly.

Desired:

Programming experience: C++, Java, SQL, Putty, Linux Bash, PowerShell, TortoiseSVN, Dbforge, CL, RPG, or similar knowledge.

Experience with QA Automation tools (Katalon, Selenium, UFT, Postman, SOAP UI, Swagger or other test automation tools)

Experience with payment processing software

Comfortable with Azure; Windows Server; Linux ; SQL; iSeries

* Developing and maintaining the code responsible for the manipulation of data including parsing, matching, loading, and publishing.
* Designing, developing and maintaining efficient and robust workflows which produce data and process it between various internal and third-party partners
* Collect requirements from stakeholders and develop scalable solutions to operational problems
* Design product/software to specifications described by the stakeholder.
* Formulate testing approach, develop test cases, and deploy applications using defined release practices
* Assists with platform configuration, maintenance, patching, and upgrades
* Create technical, functional, and end-user operational documentation
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve our product, processes, and systems.

* Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics,Computer Science, Information Management, or similar field.
* Ability to work in teams and individually when needed
* 2+ years of experience developing scripts & internal workflows
* 2+ years of experience working with Python
* 1-2 years of experience working with SQL
* Familiar with or willing to learn the following tools: Quickbase, Salesforce, gSuite, JIRA, Lucidchart, AWS Suite.
* Excellent organizational and management skills - must possess ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting agreed upon deadlines.
* Dashboarding/Visualization skills preferred but not mandatory.
