Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
Provide technical and analytical support within project teams and define requirements based on business needs for the Sales Operations organization across all B Braun companies. Define, document, and maintain process workflows and business outcomes related to the use of systems by the Sales and IT teams while using Agile practices and implementing solutions accordingly. Assist in identifying projects to drive innovation and digitalization across Sales Operations organization. Communicate effectively with management on status of projects. Support Salesforce.com initiatives and projects along with administrative duties which includes, but is not limited to, User Setup, Password Resets and other SFDC functionality. Analyze and assist with calculating field sales commissions and monthly performance metrics. Coordinate, compile, and prepare the annual plan and quotas and distribute to field sales with Incentive Compensation team. Support Incentive Compensation efforts working with business leaders to drive the business strategy and supporting software strategy. Provide analyses as required including data validation and sales/commission metrics and assist with reporting for management. Analyze data trends and offer suggestions to management based on observations

The Test Automation Analyst is responsible for providing technical support for test automation and quality assurance testing of the Euronet Software solutions. This position works with the Test Automation Team Lead to identify, develop, and maintain processes and tools for test automation and to manage the QA test environments. This position also works closely with QA analysts, software developers, and architects to isolate and solve issues.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Design and execute test plans & cases based on software requirements and technical specifications

Record and document results and compare to expected results

Coordinates and manages the QA environments and automated testing infrastructure

Automate test cases based on software and QA requirements and technical specifications

Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and correct

Document and report issues; track issue resolution

Participate in application planning meetings.

Provide technical assistance to QA analysts with researching issues during testing.
