Strong expertise in load test tools - HP Performance Center, Jmeter APM tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics Experience is preferred. Knowledge of Performance trouble shooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred. Ability to identify performance bottlenecks from issues - complement development team in speedy analysis/root cause of performance issues is preferred. Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills Should have Strong leadership skills Qualifications Basic Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering activities.
