We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst to support a variety of IT\/IS and business application initiatives.

AR Quality Assurance Analyst
Summary of Job Description:
The AR Quality Assurance Analyst is an integral part of the accounts receivable team responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of varied Accounts Receivable processes. This person will be responsible for producing weekly and monthly reports to be utilized by the AR Team, as well as management. Role additionally involves conducting audits, analyzing data, and additional Ad hoc tasks to process excellence, reduce risk and improve customer satisfaction. This person will report to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
General Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Identify inefficiencies in current AR systems and recommend IT-driven improvements
Collaborate with Finance IT and AR teams to automate manual processes and improve reporting tools
Support and prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including performance dashboards and variance analysis
Assist in month-end close activities, including reconciliations and financial summaries
Build and maintain financial dashboards to support real-time decision making
Research and resolve overpayment claims from post audit companies in accordance with internal SOP.
Assist the collections team in reviewing open credits and process refund requests.
Create various weekly and monthly AR reports.
Partner with AR leadership to standardize processes across systems.
Other ad hoc tasks to support the AR Team and Management, as assigned.
Required skills, experiences, and traits:
Associate's degree in finance, Business, IT, or related field
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on cash flow, reporting, or process improvement
Strong skills in Excel, financial modelling, and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry a plus
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills a must.
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Engineering team and help elevate quality, stability, and confidence in every product release.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in strengthening the quality foundation of our EHR-integrated platform. As the Quality Assurance Engineer, you will:
Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test plans for new and existing features.
Support the implementation and maintenance of automation frameworks to improve test efficiency and coverage.
Collaborate closely with Technical Product Managers to validate requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure test cases align with business goals.
Conduct regression, smoke, and functional testing across web and mobile environments.
