The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for assisting the Quality Assurance Manager in establishing, implementing, and continually improving the performance of the Quality Management System.
Primary Responsibilities:

Supporting the processes of planning, organizing, and managing all project quality related activities including release of clear instructions to production and QC personnel.
Analyzing the need for and managing correction actions for process related concerns, negative trends in business metrics, and product nonconformances using appropriate analytical tools.
Assist in the development and maintenance of procedures within the Quality Management System.
Education / Experience
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Quality, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
5-10 years related experience in manufacturing or similar field where the reading and interpretation of technical requirements was a routine task of the position.
Experience working under an ISO-9001 certified QMS or similar Standard is required.
Experience in supplying materials to the nuclear industry is a plus.

Job Summary
The Vendor Performance Lead is responsible for the strategic oversight and performance management of all MSPs, ensuring consistent service delivery across global business units and IT capabilities. Position Overview
Your responsibilities may include:
Define the MSP service outcomes as part of the contractual commitment to ensure KPIs are driving performance in the right direction
Ownership of the contract terms and deliverables. Drive the partnership outcomes while having line of sight to the performance delivering them
Establish and maintain the MSP delivery governance framework including clear roles, processes, standards, and reporting mechanisms
Ensure that delivery governance processes and standards are consistently applied across all MSP engagements
Establish and lead quarter, year, and multi-year improvement goals
Establish the adoption of MSP best practices
Establish processes for performance benchmarking and trend analysis across MSPs and towers
Provide operational governance of all MSPs, ensuring service delivery consistency across IT capabilities and global business units
Monitor and track SLA/KPI performance, identifying trends, risks, and issues requiring escalations
Act as the integration and escalation point for cross-tower and cross-business-unit MSP issues, ensuring enterprise alignment and resolution
Facilitate issue resolution and service improvement initiatives with MSPs and internal stakeholders
Schedule and lead delivery governance meetings and QBR preparations with MSPs, by consolidating inputs from all stakeholders, to ensure accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation delivery
Own and oversee performance reporting and dashboards, providing input and transparency for target and improvement plans to IT leadership, the Portfolio Management team and the Vendor Management team
Track and report MSP-related budget consumption against forecasts to support financial accountability and portfolio decision making
Coach other resources involved with MSP delivery
Basic/Required:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, related field, or foreign equivalent
5 or more years of experience in leading and managing large scale IT implementation
5 or more years in service delivery and project/program governance expertise

Advanced level of knowledge of SLAs/KPI and governance frameworks
