Hands-on experience creating and maintaining automated tests. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and QA's role at each stage. Experience working closely with developers in a collaborative environment. Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Nice to Have Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Familiarity with QA tools, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. Prior experience supporting fully remote or distributed engineering teams.
