Must-Have Skills: Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Automation Engineer - someone who can guide others and self-direct priorities. 5+ years of experience in test automation, with expertise in frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or similar. 1-2 years of experience (or strong working knowledge) with Playwright - or demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up on new tools. Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js. Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM, React/Angular/Vue).
