This position also routinely assists program staff with administrative tasks. ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS: Must be available to work flexible hours (6:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. as examples.) Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Have a basic understanding of substance use and/or co-occurring disorders. Have a desire and ability to relate maturely and professionally with those facing substance use disorders in a trauma-informed manner. Ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals. Be trained and demonstrate competency in agency drug testing protocols and procedures. Maintain a high level of communication with Specialty Court staff.
