A. Administers the employee benefit programs. Provides accurate information and
assistance to all cooperative personnel. Assists in implementing changes to benefit
programs.
B. Develops plans, programs standards and budgets for the Human Resources
Department which will accomplish the objectives and mission of the Cooperative and
the Human Resources Department.
C. Manages personnel files, applicant tracking system, and personnel actions. Provides
guidance and assistance in resolving personnel problems.
D. Directs preliminary functions for new employees such as pre-employment drug
screening, examinations, reference checks and orientation training.
E. Conducts exit interviews.
F. Coordinates with staff members in the development and revising of policies and
interprets the Cooperative policies and procedures to employees.
G. Coordinates employee-training programs. Maintains file on training sessions, schools,
seminars, and other meetings to be participated in by Cooperative personnel.
H. Coordinates recruitment, interviewing selection and new employee orientation.
I. Serves as EEO/Affirmative Action Officer. Assures EEO compliance with all

J. Supervises and assists in all payroll activity.
K. Keeps abreast of labor laws, management research, government decisions, legal

Your work will play a critical role in accelerating the deployment of safe, reliable, and efficient autonomous vehicles.
Essential Responsibilities
Guide a team of test engineers as they develop and execute comprehensive, well- structured test plans for May's autonomous vehicle fleet and infrastructure, including software, firmware, hardware, and mechanical components
Champion product quality, introspection, and validation throughout the product development process
Interpret test results, produce follow-up plans, and ensure compliance with quality standards
Work with Autonomy and Systems Engineering engineers and designers to fully understand validation needs in order to provide testing support in a fast-moving development environment
Ensure issues are thoroughly documented when encountered during testing and validation
Contribute to product quality metrics and acceptance criteria
Use automated, functional, performance, stress, regression, white-box, black-box, and soak testing methodologies to test systems, subsystems, and products efficiently in both real-world and simulated environments

Essential Responsibilities
* Guide a team of test engineers as they develop and execute comprehensive, well- structured test plans for May's autonomous vehicle fleet and infrastructure, including software, firmware, hardware, and mechanical components
* Champion product quality, introspection, and validation throughout the product development process
* Interpret test results, produce follow-up plans, and ensure compliance with quality standards
* Work with Autonomy and Systems Engineering engineers and designers to fully understand validation needs in order to provide testing support in a fast-moving development environment
* Ensure issues are thoroughly documented when encountered during testing and validation
* Contribute to product quality metrics and acceptance criteria
* Use automated, functional, performance, stress, regression, white-box, black-box, and soak testing methodologies to test systems, subsystems, and products efficiently in both real-world and simulated environments
* Create and manage processes and guidelines for vehicle validation testing and deployment
* Conduct thorough testing and validation of simulation environments and provide detailed reports on system performance.
* Develop diverse and complex scenarios to validate autonomous driving algorithms, including perception, planning, and control systems.
