Provide Quality Manager with reliable statistical data in order to approve/disprove the qualification. 3. Support Quality Supervisor with additional trending and data analysis needs in order to provide Quality Manager and/or Product Development detailed information regarding recurrent mold problems. 4. Gather and assemble all pertinent mold transfer information for molds leaving this location. 5. Maintain calibration procedures. 6. Maintain and ensure an accurate measuring and testing system. 7. Responsible for programming and/or troubleshooting lab equipment. 8. Investigate and/or implement new quality measuring and testing systems for the lab. 9. Assist in team problem solving with statistical data and backup information as necessary. 10. Use data to drive continuous improvement. 11. Assist Quality Manager with investigations for root cause and corrective action. 12. Design, lead, and participate in training activities for production staff in the effort to improve quality. 13.
