Coordinate the planning or outline of work, time, and efficiency studies, talk with supervisors and employees, and discuss with customers to apply and monitor operations. Identify and deliver on project milestones, communicate with stakeholders, remove complex obstacles and ensure a variety of resources are available. Ensure processes and operations comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations; seek advice and interpretation when required and apply across operations. Develop specialized or more comprehensive metrics and goals for programs, oversee performance, and work with staff when potential problems are identified to bring to resolution.
