You'll be working with Angular for the Front-End and a Java Back-End services via GraphQL in a highly scalable, microservices-based architecture. We're looking for a motivated engineer who is excited to work with the latest tech and deliver a quality product. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and execute effective test strategies for responsive, accessible, and secure SaaS applications. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases based on business requirements, UI/UX designs, and technical specifications. Perform thorough functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across the full application stack, including both frontend UI and backend API functionalities. Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug tracking system, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and unforeseen issues. Verify fixes and ensure that reported defects are resolved without introducing new issues. Provide clear, concise, and timely feedback on software quality to the development team and stakeholders. Participate in sprint planning and stand-up meetings to understand new features and plan testing efforts. Contribute to improving overall test coverage and the quality assurance process. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in manual QA testing for modern web applications. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience testing complex web applications, including responsive design, user interfaces, and backend data interactions. Ability to translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into comprehensive test plans and detailed manual test cases. Familiarity with web application architecture and how different components interact. Proficiency in identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using various bug tracking tools. Experience with various testing types, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs for understanding system interactions (no coding required). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., fintech or banking) or secure software development is a plus. Effective communicator and team player in a fast-paced, remote-first engineering environment.
