Firm is seeking a QA Analyst / Test Engineer to join the product development team. This is a key role on a small but mighty team building and supporting a web-based .NET SaaS application in the licensing and credentialing space.
In this position you will be primarily responsible for automating quality assurance tasks. On any given day you may find yourself:
Automating browser-based testing using Selenium (or similar tool)
Supporting product developers with the creation of automated, non-browser-based integration tests (using C# and NUnit)
Triaging, fixing, or maintaining existing automated tests (we have a very large library of UI tests)
Working independently or collaboratively with others, as the situation demands
As a member of the QA team, you could also be asked to contribute with manual testing as needed. (We have a strong preference for automation, but sometimes automation isn't feasible; in those cases you may need to work with the team to validate the expected results by hand)
Lastly, you may occasionally need to use your coding skills to fix issues, not just find them. We're a small team and the lines between "dev" and "QA" sometimes blur.
