As CEO, Greg is responsible for leading the profitable growth of the company while maintaining the values and standard of service that have been foundational to the company’s success. Greg’s highest priority is developing leaders in the organization who share this passion, vision and commitment. Greg has held many roles at TERRA including Branch Manager, Director of IT, COO and eventually his appointment to CEO in 2010. Outside the office Greg has had a distinguished career coaching youth soccer in the Greater Puget Sound area. Many young athletes credit Greg for the success they’ve experienced in life on and off the soccer field. Among his many coaching accomplishments was leading the Washington State girls Olympic Development Team to a national championship in 2004. Greg’s talent for coaching and challenging people to develop their full potential has enabled TERRA to field a team of solid, committed staffing professionals. In 2018, Greg completed the Executive Leadership Program for Stanford University Graduate School. He likes to play and watch an exciting game of chess. For fun, Greg really just enjoys learning new things. Some of his interests over the years have included Thai cooking, photography, and magic.
