In this job, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and processing incoming goods, inspecting, and verifying inventory for accuracy. Receive material into SAP inventory for all incoming shipments by verifying part number, purchase order, quantity, batch number, and revision level.
Unpack and examine incoming shipments, segregate damaged items, record shortages, and communicate discrepancies to the Buyer/Planner to resolve damages and shortages.
Preparing documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products.
Process shipment documentation and inspecting completed orders.
Operate FedEx and UPS software proficiently and other computer systems to receive and track inventory.
Maintains inventory accuracy by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Shipping Clerk Requirements and Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years of Shipping and Receiving experience in manufacturing.
Proficient in electronic shipping software, such as ShippingEasy, ShipStation, and MS. Office.
In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
Analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to lift 50 pounds consistently (in-office lifting test provided).

Blaster/ Painter Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
• Prepare ship surfaces for coating by cleaning, grinding, and performing abrasive blasting.• Mix, match, and apply paints and protective coatings to a variety of vessel surfaces.• Operate spray equipment, rollers, and brushes to achieve the required coating thickness and finish.• Comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to blasting and painting activities.• Inspect, maintain, and properly use blasting and painting equipment while ensuring work meets quality specifications. Blaster/ Painter Qualifications and Requirements
• Proven experience in blasting and painting within marine or industrial environments.• Possess extensive experience in surface preparation and coating application, preferably in maritime or comparable industrial settings.• Strong knowledge of coating materials, paint mixing, color matching, and application methods.• Understanding of safety procedures and regulations for handling hazardous materials.• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship.• Able to obtain a TWIC card and pass a fitness-for-duty exam Job Type

Job DescriptionStructural Fabricator/ WelderAutomation Personnel Services is looking for Structural Fabricators/ Welder to work at a shipyard in Tampa, FL. In this job, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, assembling and welding metallic structures for maritime vessels. Pay Rate: Based on experience. Structural Fabricator/ Welder Duties and Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine project requirements
Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components to fabricate structural forms such as beams, plates, frames, and piping systems
Perform structural and/or pipe welding using processes such as SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and/or GTAW
Utilize welding and metalworking techniques to join and reinforce structural components
Inspect completed structures and welds to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
Follow shipyard safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions as required
Structural Fabricator/ Welder Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Structural Welder, Pipe Welder, or Structural Fabricator within a shipyard.
Ability to pass structural and/or pipe welding tests
Strong knowledge of welding symbols, blueprints, and fabrication standards
Knowledge of safety practices related to structural fabrication and metalwork.
Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Dependable with strong attention to detail and workmanship
Able to obtain a TWIC card and pass a fitness-for-duty exam

General Purpose as a Branch Manager (Bilingual):
The branch is the fundamental business unit of Elwood Staffing and the Branch Manager is responsible for all business activities conducted by the branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for driving both top-line (sales) performance and bottom-line (profit) performance and strategic objectives by effectively managing the branch operations, customer service activities, and supporting the business development/selling activities. All employees consistently support and promote the company mission, five key beliefs, philosophies, and provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.
Essential Functions of a Branch Manager (Bilingual):
Be the primary driver of sales, operations, and profit for your branch.
Ensure the branch has a strong recruiting team and winning sales efforts.
Manage the recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and coaching of internal team members to ensure successful operations practices.
Responsible for the individual development of each team member.
Ensure recruiting and service operations meet 100% on-time order fulfillment.
Hold branch team and On-Sites accountable for meeting or exceeding performance expectations by clearly communicating what is expected, empowering them with the necessary tools, training, resources, delivering positive and constructive feedback at the moment, and providing corrective action as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience for a Branch Manager (Bilingual):

Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
