Ability: Perform the full range of mechanical work, including the diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing of equipment. This is a Night Shift position, working from 7:00pm-7:30am on a 2/2/3 schedule (working every other weekend). Weekly pay starting at $30.90 per hour. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Operate and maintain/assist with maintaining a group of plastic blow molding/injection machines and auxiliary equipment at identified optimal performance, including mold insert and color changes, producing containers in a safe and high quality method while minimizing and reducing scrap. Perform process set up and establish set up sheets of injection stretch blow molding machines to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap in an accurate and timely manner. Operate equipment to minimize the generation and maximize the consumption of regrind, purge and scrap within customer specifications where applicable.
