Job Description JOB STATEMENT: A Bottling Line Maintenance Mechanic, Level III will possess expert knowledge of bottling line equipment operations, processes, safety, and repair. The Mechanic will have advanced electrical and mechanical diagnosing and troubleshooting skills and be a critical member of the team responsible for supporting a safe and efficient operation that routinely achieves Operational Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets. The position requires the ability to work any shift as directed by Management. Must be able to work and communicate with all Supervisors, Machine Attendants, Machine Operators, Cellar Operators, Forklift Operators, and Managers, to ensure the team meets production schedules for the bottling lines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Understand and comply with all ISO 9001, HACCP and GMP requirements and processes • Has a strong command of all bottling line machinery and controls • Must have advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Must be able to plug into a PLC to effectively troubleshoot, correct, and modify ladder logic programs as needed to keep production running.
