Notify appropriate personnel of additional faults or service recommendations discovered during repairs. Complete final handover and planning steps for the next job assignment to ensure continuous workflow. Act as a mentor to colleagues, apprentices, and junior technicians by offering support, training, and encouragement. Model and coach safe work practices; comply with all health and safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture. Perform routine tool and equipment checks using maintenance checklists to ensure readiness and safety compliance. Complete the required International Technician web based training within 6 months from the hire date.
