Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Department is currently looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Ride Mechanic. In this role, you will be responsible for performing skilled technical services, including the inspection, maintenance, and repair of ride systems and equipment. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring the safety, functionality, and smooth operation of all rides, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. If you have a strong mechanical background and a passion for maintaining state-of-the-art amusement ride equipment, we want to hear from you!
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
Get hands-on with equipment and ride structures, inspecting every nook and cranny
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and overhauls to keep the fun rolling
Tackle breakdowns like a pro, analyzing issues and taking action to fix them fast
Work with hydraulics, gearboxes, pneumatics, and conveyors to keep everything running smoothly
Use your skills to handle a variety of mechanical challenges and ensure the rides are always in tip-top shape!
Qualifications:
Knowledge of machinery components (automotive or industrial mechanic experience a plus!)
A valid State Driver's License
High school diploma or valid GED
A personal toolbox with a solid set of hand tools
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays (overtime may be required)
Willingness to perform physical activities, such as climbing, crawling, and lifting at various heights on ride structures
Ability to climb up to 200ft
Strong communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) and ability to keep accurate written records
Vocational or technical training in mechanical field a plus!

The Service Specialist/Advanced Specialist for PVA (Jiffy Lube) is a Lube Technician that performs the advanced maintenance services to ensure the safety of our customer's vehicles. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides complete oversight of the JFPG Automotive Service Effort including but not limited to: dispatch, and call prioritization.
Coordinate with JFPG Automotive Dispatcher to receive, complete, and process all Automotive SWO's
Provide all information necessary to maintain timely invoicing of Automotive Service Calls
Aids in the education and enforcement of company policies and procedure on the job site.
Establishes and maintains communication and a positive relationship with other JFPG departments with regard to Automotive Service and possible needs for additional resources
Determines parts and resources needed for completion of Automotive SWOs.
Reads and interprets blueprints, plans, sketches or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of assembly and installation of assigned tasks.
Communicates effectively with other departments within JFPG as well as JFPG Customers seeking Automotive Service.
Maintains strict adherence to quality, and safety standards.
Identifies the elements of project design and construction likely to affect the Service effort
Manages Service Work Orders to meet customer satisfaction and provide timely responses
Police and maintain order in the Automotive Service Area of the JFPG Warehouse at all times

Safety Activities:
Understands, complies and enforces JFPG safety policies.

Participates in safety programs provided by employer.
Considers work to be performed to identify potential safety hazards and either eliminates the hazard or reports the problem to the Automotive Field Operations Manager for resolution prior to beginning work.

Reports accidents or injuries to personnel office immediately. Aids in the investigation and documentation of job-related accidents.

Role Title: Regional 12V/24V GPS/Telematics/Dash Cam Installation & Service Technicians
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round work
Location: Based in the Austin Area -- approximately 20% overnight and out of town travel required after training is completed.
Compensation: Pay range is commensurate with experience and skills, both for installation and organization. A 90-day trial period is mandatory, after which full employment is offered to successful candidates.

Responsibilities
Prep and apply spray in bedliners to vehicles, following proper procedures
Light techincal responsibilities
Install aftermarket parts
Prep and spray aftermarket parts
Service and maintain shop equipment
Utilize protective supplies as appropriate to ensure cleanliness of vehicle.
Operate lifting and moving devices to move materials and equipment and access areas.
Responsible for cleaning, sanding, and applying chemical solutions to prepare and condition surfaces prior to painting.
Mask and cover surfaces not to be painted; removing accessories such as chrome, mirrors and windshield wipers.
Mix and thin paint or other coating to specified color and consistency according to standard formulas or color charts.
Spray specified amount or thickness of primer, protective, decorative, or finish coatings, such as paint, lacquer, sealer, or enamel, onto prepared surfaces.
Qualifications
Education and/or experience in paint repair
A high school diploma or the equivalent
Understanding and compliance with safety rules and practices as well as posted work rules and procedures
Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Ability to exercise good judgment and critical thinking
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
