Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a lube technician or in a related automotive service role preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from senior technicians. Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Automotive schooling, ATI, UTI or any other trade school experience will be considered. Oil changes experiences 1 year (preferred).
