The Service Operations Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the service department. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy of Repair Orders (ROs) within both CDK and Tools platforms, ensuring alignment and compliance with internal policies and industry standards. Telecommunications Field Technician Job Title: Field Technician Job Type: 1099 Miami, FL; Tampa, FL Reports To: Field Tech Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Technician to perform site surveys and telecommunications installations for MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) properties. Site surveys will require accessing MDUs and documenting information about the building that will determine build requirements. The installations will involve mounting rooftop radio antennas, running Ethernet and coax cables, and installing and turning up telecommunications equipment at various MDU locations. Safety training will be provided and required for the job. The Retail Parts Shipping and Receiving Associate verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Assures proper control of parts inventory and related administrative functions. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments, verify information against invoices, orders and other records Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled Maintain receiving and shipping records, delivery truck maintenance records and returned parts records Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies Must be able to operate heavy machinery (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, etc.) What are the requirements for this job? What is a Retail Parts Pro? Professional level sales position capable of supporting advanced functions of the DIY business. The role has expert knowledge of store systems, advanced automotive system knowledge and part knowledge. This role has the ability for advanced identification, trouble shooting and project assistance for DIY customers. The role has the ability to source from numerous places including special order, FDO, second source, etc. The role has in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes. Position is full time.
