Job Responsibilities
* Assist with inbound calls related to vehicle purchase orders, customer complaints, product concerns, shipping issues, and general information inquiries.

Experience:

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
* Reviewing daily appointment log in our CRM tool to know what time customers are scheduled to arrive with their vehicle, and prepare for the appointment by reviewing the vehicle Condition Report (CR)
* Greeting the customer when they arrive, then performing an Active Trade Appraisal with the customer to determine accuracy of the CR and identify any vehicle condition issues that may not have been accounted for or disclosed
* Partnering with our Recon Manager when needed if a vehicle requires a more thorough examination in our Service Department
* Working directly with the WBYC Manager to determine if initial offer amount needs to be revised, and present customer with revised offer when needed.
* Reviewing, processing, and uploading complete and accurate documents electronically to our Corporate WBYC Processing Tea
* Presenting payment to the customer via check or Zelle, or receiving payment from customer if there is negative equity in the vehicle
