As a Commercial Specialist, you'll be a key player in AutoZone's commercial sales and service operations. This role combines customer service, sales support, and logistics coordination, with opportunities to lead and grow within the department. * Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management. * Maintain accurate billing records and ensure on-time deliveries. * Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality. * Generate new business through outbound calls and in-person outreach. * Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections. * Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition. * Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety. * Manage battery consignment inventory and perform weekly stock checks. * Handle returns and accident procedures according to company policy. * Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager. * Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
