Auxis has a fast-paced and flexible environment that provides lots of opportunities to grow for those who prove themselves. Auxis offers Good benfits and a competitive salary.

Love to work with smart people and have the opportunity to learn from multiple industries and areas of the business. They have great clients and are growing fast.

Toxic work culture
Micromanagers that only care about making themselves look good and making others look bad is very common.
There are no perks that would make anyone want to work here
That it is a very creative and flexible environment to propose ideas and add value if you are proactive and involved in the growth of the company. Auxis' culture is based on "meritocracy" which means that they promote based on performance and not in seniority. And that has been my personal experience.
There's nothing in particular that I don't like. If I wouldn't like something I would have probably not stayed for 7 years :)
Flexibility to work from home when needed. Medical Insurance is good as well.
