The Finance Transformation Consulting Manager will be responsible for providing professional business and shared services consulting services, both individually and as part of a project team. Duties include providing subject matter expertise across the practice landscape and developing client deliverables and work product. Finance Transformation Managers are responsible for leading a team of consultants while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Finance Transformation Managers will own client relationships during engagements to successfully deliver and support pre-sales activities, as well as the identification of Auxis cross-selling opportunities. Also, the Consulting Manager will lead the creation of high-value-added practice methodologies, tools, and deliverables. This position may require travel to client sites that are located outside of the South Florida area.

Work with internal business partners to refine incoming reporting and analysis requests and convert to specific actionable requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (SSRS etc), databases (SQL etc), ETL programming (SSIS).
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SRSS, SSAS, Tableau, etc)
