Primary Roles & Responsibilities: * Recruiting Support: Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including offer letter generation, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) status updates, and applicant travel support. * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of solutions that enhance the candidate experience, reduce errors, and improve efficiency. * Data Management: Process and maintain accurate and timely data entry for recruiting transactions, including new hire offer letters, background, drug screening and past employment verification. * Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise during the offer and pre-employment process. * Candidate Pre-Employment: Initiate and track candidate through the pre-employment process screening. * Collaboration and Escalation: Work collaboratively with peers and the team lead to resolve candidate issues and escalate or transfer issues as needed. Key Responsibilities: * Generate offer letters and post candidate on-boarding documents to the portal. * Provide onboarding and orientation support to new hires * Work with background and relocation vendors as well as internal customers to facilitate clearing candidates for start * Create Purchase Orders for relocation expenses * Perform transaction processing, including employee data changes, new hires, terminations, and transfers Performance Metrics: * Data accuracy and completeness * Timeliness of data transactions * Adherence to established data quality standards and guidelines * Candidate satisfaction and experience metrics Work Environment: * This is a production environment, and as such, you will be held accountable to daily KPI metrics. * The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Other opportunities and responsibilities may be assigned to support business and customer requirements. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Requirements: * 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruiting, or a related field * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Technical savviness, with experience in HR systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS (e.g., PeopleSoft) * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy * Familiarity with metrics and reporting tools * Bachelor's degree in a related field (strongly preferred) Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Bonus Skills: * Proficiency in PeopleSoft, BrassRing, or other HR systems * Experience with data management and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software * Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations * Ability to utilize HR systems to document and track employee data transactions Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $49291 - $78866 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
