The Role
The Senior Director, Learning & Development is responsible for designing and executing the organization's strategy to strengthen talent, leadership, and organizational performance. This role oversees management training, functional training, leadership development, onboarding, and organizational development (OD) with the goal of driving strong organizational effectiveness (OE). This role will also support enterprise-wide change management initiatives through learning programs, upskilling, and organizational design. Team Leadership & Governance

* Establish governance, metrics, and reporting to measure learning, leadership development, organizational development, and change impact
* Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to maximize organizational development and learning investments
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
* 10+ years of progressive experience in learning, leadership development, organizational development, or change management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role inclusive of people management experience
* Proven success designing and delivering enterprise-wide L&D and OD strategies, including oversight of instructional design, leadership programs, assessment tools, and engagement initiatives
* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, organizational effectiveness, and change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci)
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience leading teams and building high-impact partnerships with business leaders
* Knowledge of Workday HCM platform is preferred

The Role

The Role
The Project Superintendent provides leadership and oversight for all jobsite construction activities related to multi-family residential and mixed-use projects. This role ensures project objectives-including schedule, budget, safety, and quality-are met. The Project Superintendent collaborates with various stakeholders and manages projects valued between $50 million and $100 million.
Key Responsibilities:
General Management
* Partner with the Project Manager to establish preconstruction responsibilities, schedules, and manage change orders.

As a Leasing Consultant you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. With weekends being the most high-traffic time for future residents to explore their home options, Saturday availability is required.

You have
* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
* 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry

* Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

The Role
This position ensures tax compliance by preparing tax returns internally, as well as compiling information necessary for outside tax preparers. This position is also responsible for Federal tax compliance work, including areas of corporate income tax, partnership tax, and tax compliance issues specific to a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
There is also State tax compliance work including corporate income tax, partnership tax, sales & use tax, and business personal property returns. This role also researches tax issues as needed and provides support to associates on tax issues.
Essential Job Functions:
* Prepares Excel-based tax packages for outside tax preparers, which includes general ledger information, book to tax adjustments, and other information necessary to finalize income tax returns.
* Prepares in-house tax returns.
* Performs taxable income projections on a quarterly basis, as well as executing REIT asset and income tests on a quarterly basis for 15 REIT entities.
* Runs reports from internal accounting systems and prepares business personal property returns and business license renewals.
* Assists with misc. tax filings.
Non-Essential Functions:
All other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax required.
Certification or Licensures:
* None required, working on CPA or has CPA preferred.
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years in a tax-based position.
* Tax experience with a REIT or Partnership preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Displays strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
* Performs general arithmetic skills to analyze complex financial and business operations figures.
* Performs basic Microsoft Office applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Reads and writes English as demonstrated by clear and concise written and verbal communications.
* Creates and delivers group presentations on function-related subject matter and writes reports in a clear, concise form.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multi-family residential and mixed-use developments. In this role, you'll oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, and field operations-ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and municipalities.
What You'll Do
* Manage all phases of the project lifecycle-from planning and budgeting to execution, risk management, and closeout
* Oversee construction schedules and budgets, preparing bids, negotiating contracts, and monitoring subcontractor performance
* Review construction documents, coordinate permitting, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
* Conduct site walks, track progress, and collaborate with Superintendents to keep projects on schedule and within budget
* Lead and mentor project teams while building strong relationships with architects, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and community partners
* Identify and resolve jobsite challenges, mitigating risks and ensuring safe work environments
What We're Looking For
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business (preferred)
* Experience: 7+ years managing residential, commercial, or hospitality construction projects. Strong knowledge of all phases of construction, budgeting, scheduling, and project cost accounting
* Skills:
* Proven leadership and team-building skills.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency with construction tools/software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
* Working knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and OSHA guidelines
* Certifications: OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid (required); PMP or Superintendent/Site Safety Manager license (preferred)
