The Maintenance Coordinator I is responsible for managing the administrative tasks for a large, complex apartment community or group of apartment communities. Position may support the maintenance or office administrative functions, depending on the needs of the community. Responsibilities include supporting the following processes: service requests, preventive maintenance, on-site purchasing, move-ins, renewals, move-outs, project management and general administration. The right candidate must have excellent relationship building and customer service skills as well as exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
