Job Responsibilities

Assist team members with tasks to ensure department runs efficiently.
Use the pharmacy computer to complete all actions necessary in order to maximize efficiency and provide optimal patient care at drop-off, will call, drive thru, phone, filling and order receiving, including but not limited to: searching for patients and profiles, determining dates of fill and pick-up, determining prescriptions sent to Central Fill, quoting cash prices of prescriptions, checking on-hand counts of medications and entering invoices.
Assist team on actions plans in order to improve outcomes using knowledge of all appropriate service and business metrics.
Assist in the execution of all company initiatives and programs.
Complete required training program and accompanying exams.
Follow all company, state and federal policies, laws and regulations, including HIPAA and Pseudoephedrine sales.
Finalize sales using cash register according to established procedures, including the point of sale policies.
Transcribe data from prescriptions accurately in order to generate a custom label for the customer.
Assist with maintaining proper inventory levels by ordering, receiving, stocking and rotating drugs and other supplies per company policy and procedure.
Answer telephone in a polite and timely manner, ensure accurate information is exchanged and the customer is satisfied.
Resolve customer questions and concerns by communicating effectively with the customer and the management team and support staff in an efficient manner.
File written prescriptions daily.

We're looking for an experienced Area Vice President (AVP) of Hospice Operations to oversee and elevate our multi-site hospice operations. This high-impact leadership role will ensure regulatory compliance, strategic growth, quality care delivery, and community engagement across multiple hospice programs and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Local Operational Strategy: Direct day-to-day business operations, financial management, staff development, admissions, payroll, and quality assurance across multiple hospice sites.

Who You Are:

Maintains employment files and ensures regulatory survey readiness by conducting routine audits of personnel files and company record keeping, ensuring regional compliance with licensure, certification, education, and other position requirements.
Manages for the assigned location(s) the implementation, interpretation and administration of established HR policies and programs; assists in keeping employees informed of HR policies by answering - and researching as needed - policy-based questions and coordinating with enterprise HR as appropriate; counsels with and coaches employees and management on HR policy adherence matters.
Partners with Regional Director of HRE and local branch/office leaders as necessary to interpret, escalate and create solutions in complex employee experience, retention and/or employee relations issues.
Works with supervision/management on appropriate employee corrective action and termination documentation and processing; prepare responses for unemployment compensation (UC) questionnaires; may represent location(s) in UC hearings; conducts exit interviews as needed.
Travels to other locations within the region as necessary to support initiatives or address employee concerns and issues.
Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or other HR-related field or equivalent experience required.
HRCI or SHRM Certification preferred.
3+ years of progressive HR experience, HR experience in healthcare a plus.
2+ years of experience in Employee, Labor or Industrial Relations highly preferred.
Excellent computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant systems experience; familiarity with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
