As President, Europe, Africa and Latin America, Pamela Maynard is responsible for directing strategy and operations across 14 geographies. Pamela has more than 15 years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong emphasis on driving customer excellence. Before assuming the role of EALA President, she served as general manager of Avanade UK, driving the development of innovative solutions to help Avanade’s customers realise results. Pamela joined Avanade UK in 2008 as head of enterprise applications and infrastructure consulting. In that role, she was responsible for development, information management and collaboration, infrastructure consulting, project management and outsourcing. Pamela came to Avanade from Capgemini, where she spearheaded IT performance improvement for global clients. She has also held IT strategy and programme management positions at Ernst & Young and consultancy roles at Oracle.

Bob Bruns is a Chief Information & Security Officer at Avanade.

As CMO, Stella Goulet leads Avanade’s marketing strategy and award-winning global marketing team. She is responsible for guiding the company’s image and market development through a period of high growth and significant change in the IT industry as businesses become increasingly digital. She is Avanade’s first CMO and a member of its executive leadership team.

In her career, Stella has covered every marketing aspect of a business-to-business services firm: packaging and promoting solutions, field marketing, content and thought leadership development, branding, advertising, digital marketing, media and analyst relations, and marketing for major acquisitions.

She is a member of Forrester’s CMO Group and has served on the Information Technology Services Marketing Association (ITSMA) Advisory Board. Stella speaks and writes on a variety of marketing-related topics that focus on helping grow profitable businesses in the digital world. These include client experience, the CMO-CIO relationship, digital marketing, agile marketing and the role of artificial intelligence in marketing.

A strong proponent of diversity in the IT industry, she is executive sponsor of Avanade’s Prism Employee Resource Group (LGBT + inclusion), and is involved in activities designed to encourage girls and young women to consider careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

Stella holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Morehead-Cain Scholar.

Ken Guthrie is a Chief Financial Officer at Avanade and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. He has worked as Senior Executive - Director of Operations & Finance at Accenture and Client Financial Management Lead at Accenture. Ken studied at Arizona State University between 1989 and 1992 and Arizona State University - W. P. Carey School of Business between 1989 and 1992.
