What you will do in this role: Shadow and observe licensed Surgical Technologists and surgeons to gain a better understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Assist in preparing operating rooms, ensuring they are clean, sterile, and well-stocked with the necessary equipment and supplies. Help with the transportation of patients to and from the operating room under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional. Observe and learn proper surgical aseptic techniques and infection control practices. Assist with the preparation and handling of surgical instruments and supplies under the direct supervision of a licensed Surgical Technologist. Provide basic patient care and comfort, such as answering questions, providing reassurance, and ensuring patient privacy. The Sr. Epic Analyst functions across all Cape Cod Healthcare affiliates as an information systems consultant to senior management, department managers, supervisors, clinicians, providers, and staff as they plan, implement, and maintain Information Systems and provide Information Services. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Challenges current working practices; identifies process improvement opportunities and presents recommendations and solutions to management. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacovigilance or a related discipline. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to follow procedures and regulatory requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort presenting in group settings. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Knowledge of Elluminate and/or Argus safety systems. Prior exposure to pharmacovigilance operations or safety case management. Experience with system configuration, validation, or user acceptance testing. Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to drug safety.
