Rewinder Operators and Techs are essential to the finishing stages of our Production process. Operators utilize a Celli/Rewinder machine to slit and rewind large rolls of our non-woven materials into smaller rolls for transportation to our customers around the world. Operators must understand the various cores used and the different specifications for all product rolls, while taking care to monitor for any defects, wrap rolls with high quality, and apply labels to the rolls with correct details.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain a working knowledge of the sequential Control Logic that oversees the operation of the line
Understand the different classifications of cores used, such as core thickness, core diameter etc.
Know all the specifications used to define the product rolls such as length, weight, diameter.
Utilize the Avanti software to log in specific details and product specifications.
Actively watch the material running to identify any defects; must be able to identify the various types of defects.
Responsible for flagging sections of jumbo with any defects or issues using proper color code.
Operate an overhead crane and vertical wrapper.
Change shaft extractors for respective core diameters used.
Correctly set knives; must know how to adjust and replace knives as needed.
Carry out functions of the wrapper i.e. set Film Tension, replace Shrink Wrap into Carrier, thread wrapper.
Read and interpret information on labels; apply labels onto rolls.
Identify the different colors of labels and understand the significance of each type.
Utilize appropriate cardboard side covers for final product (rolls).
Distinguish between an FDA Product and non-FDA product and follow proper FDA rules and protocols when applicable.
Collect standard samples and for QA testing.
Add re-feed to the machines as needed.
Perform manual/automatic operations of the Rewinder.
Read, fill and understand Operator Panel.
Know parts and locations of Celli operating devises, such as alarms and lock system.
Initiate E-Stops under necessary usage conditions.
Work across multiple lines, as needed.
Perform routine maintenance procedures.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed and utilize proper PPE.
Keep work station clean and organized.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in a hot/non-climate controlled environment
Must be able to stand for 12-hour shift on hard surfaces
Must be able to perform extensive walking; climbing multiple stairs throughout the shift
Job requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to push, pull, lift items from the ground, bend at the knee and waist, and reach above shoulders.

Position Summary:
The Retail and eCommerce Specialist is responsible for Sweetens Cove's Shopify storefront and on‑site merchandising, ensuring a best‑in‑class customer experience that drives revenue and retention. This role manages web CMS content, product/collection setup, digital merchandising, lifecycle email tactics, and customer marketing programs, while partnering cross‑functionally on inventory, promotions, and analytics to hit conversion, AOV, and repeat‑purchase targets across all retail operations.
Responsibilities:
This role will support our Vice President of Retail and Brand Partnerships, performing the following tasks:
Support day-to-day maintenance of the eCommerce platform by managing out-of-stock items, keeping product pages organized and up to date, and coordinating photography for new products.
Assist with Shopify administration by setting up products, variants, and collections; updating site content; managing key apps (reviews, loyalty, search, subscriptions); and completing quality checks on checkout, payments, shipping, and tax settings before site updates or launches.
Execute digital merchandising updates by maintaining product assortment and on-site presentations, supporting seasonal promotions and bundles, and helping optimize navigation, search, and filters to improve the shopping experience.
Support email marketing and customer lifecycle efforts by helping manage the email calendar, building and updating core email flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back), testing subject lines and content, and monitoring performance.
Manage website content updates through the CMS, including landing pages, product descriptions, imagery, and SEO basics, while ensuring accessibility and consistency across the site. Partner with Marketing to meet content deadlines and publishing schedules.
Track and report on key performance metrics for eCommerce and email, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, revenue, and engagement, using Shopify reports and Google Analytics.
Support inventory management for Sweetens Cove by conducting annual inventory counts, regular cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock levels across all retail operations.
Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth daily execution across eCommerce and retail operations, including Purchase Order entry, monthly vendor reports, open to buy and maintaining updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with the VP of Retail and internal teams to help maintain inventory levels, support replenishment efforts, and resolve delivery or stock discrepancies with vendors for all retail operations.
Fulfill eCommerce orders by picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and on time.
Respond to customer inquiries related to eCommerce orders, shipping, and product questions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Support customer marketing programs by assisting with audience segmentation, loyalty and referral initiatives, review and user-generated content collection, and incorporating customer feedback to improve products and the online experience.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience supporting a Shopify-based eCommerce site, including product setup, collections, content updates, and basic app management.
Experience working with a web content management system to update pages, templates, and site content.
Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (such as HubSpot), including building basic email campaigns, supporting automated flows, and reviewing performance results.
Understanding digital merchandising best practices, including product presentation, promotions, pricing updates, and on-site navigation.
Comfortable reviewing performance metrics and reports using tools like Shopify analytics or Google Analytics, with the ability to use data to support decisions and improvements.
