SNX Operator Job Description Job Title: SNX Operator Department: Manufacturing/Production The SNX Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining SNX (possibly CNC, laser, or other automated machinery) equipment in a manufacturing or production environment. Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Operate and adjust SNX equipment according to production specifications and company standards. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any operational issues. Team Collaboration: Work with supervisors, engineers, and fellow operators to improve processes and production flow. Work Environment: Manufacturing/industrial setting with exposure to noise, machinery, and various materials. May involve standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Shift work, including nights, weekends, or overtime, may be required. Qualifications Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Previous experience operating SNX or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC, automated systems, or production equipment. Attention to Detail: Ability to detect inconsistencies or defects in the manufacturing process. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations. Education & Certifications: High school diploma or GED required. Technical certification in machinery operation or manufacturing is a plus. Forklift certification (if applicable).

The Machine Operator may be involved in many aspects of the production process, including: assembly, insulating with taping/winding equipment, and processing of material for production use. The Level 1 Operator will use electronic and printed documentation to assemble products, as well as set up and operate various pieces of equipment used in the manufacturing process.
