I had more than one task to have to get completed. Every day there was always something new that needed to be fixed or done. Breaks were payed for so you could have 2 10min breaks and a 20 min break in between. You were normally working 8 to 10 hours a day.
The owners didn't like to stick to one plan. Most times we were in the middle a project or just about to finish the project and they basically trash the idea and tell us to do it another way. Don't get me wrong that's ok to me but no everyone else liked that about the job.
Getting every opportunity to build something or make something. Mostly with welding involved.
