MaintenanceTechnician | $25/hr + DOE Monday - Saturday, 6:50am-7:00pm (on call on a rotating weekly basis) ARE YOU SEARCHING FOR A NEW AND REWARDING CAREER? A growing local company is hiring a MaintenanceTechnician to join their team! The MaintenanceTechnician will be responsible for anticipating, diagnosing, and repairing all areas of the facility. Diagnoses problems and performs preventative maintenance ensuring problems and tasks are addressed in a
timely manner.
Communicates, coordinates, and schedules all repairs and problems at the plant.
Communicates with Maintenance Manager / Supervisor when parts or outside labor will be needed to
complete tasks.
Remove, install, rebuild, weld, torch, lubricate and clean all equipment associated with the process.
Performs equipment, instrument and electrical work as needed.
Assists Maintenance Manager with inventory management.
Operates heavy equipment including forklifts, boom lifts and scissor lifts.
Ability to read and understand computer printouts, schematics, and equipment specifications.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Prior maintenance experience at Ethanol or Soybean Crush
High school diploma or GED required
Communicate/read effectively in English
AA, BS and/or technical education is preferred.
3 or more years of related experience
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Willing to be part of on-call rotation.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.

Pool Certification required within six (6) months of appointment if assigned to a facility with a pool.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate and maintain boilers and mechanical systems; inspect, oil, grease, and repair equipment.
Clean and maintain floors, carpets, windows, walls, and furniture.
Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
Perform grounds maintenance: mow lawns, remove trash, clear snow/ice, trim hedges.
Open and secure building daily; monitor lighting and security conditions.
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
Monitor and report fuel, water, and utility usage.
Assist in swimming pool maintenance, including chemical treatment.
Respond to emergency situations and follow safety procedures.
Working Conditions
Frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and mechanical equipment.
Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Requires physical stamina and the ability to handle tasks involving lifting, bending, and climbing.
Benefits: Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines. Role Overview:
The MaintenanceTechnician II will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to support maintenance, material handling, and production as well as perform facility maintenance.
A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role:
* Install, maintain, dismantle, and repair new and existing machinery or equipment and its components.
* Perform general maintenance and repair duties on a variety of facility systems: general pump rebuilds, pump and motor alignment, pump seal replacement, general pipe fitting and stainless tubing assembly, valve replacement or repair.
* Safely operate hand and power tools and comply with safety requirements including use of appropriate PPE while using tools.
* Safely operate hoisting equipment to install other equipment.
* Work with a wide array of precision tools.
* Recommend measures to improve maintenance methods and equipment performance.
* Enforce safety regulations such as lockout/tagout.
* Examine and diagnose equipment for excessive vibration, temperature, speed, and lubrication abnormalities under operating conditions.
* Adjust pulleys, belts and drive units.
* Perform boiler tests including testing water for hardness and dissolved solids; add chemicals as required; test humidity; analyze flue gas; and gauge pressure of gas pilots.
* Interpret layouts, drawings, blueprints, and manufacturer's specifications.
* Erect, construct, and level frameworks, foundations and anchors for equipment.
* Recommend and maintain production machinery and related equipment parts inventory and replacement parts.
What You Bring to this Role:
* Technical expertise gained from 3+ years of experience working as an Industrial MaintenanceTechnician in an industrial environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions, and initiate repairs

Repair and perform preventative maintenance on machinery/mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment. We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our maintenance team in a high-volume food manufacturing facility. + Operate and monitor a 150 HP boiler and auxiliary systems, maintaining proper steam/water levels and safe operating pressures.

+ Complete call work orders and preventative maintenance for the remainder of the shift.

+ Adjust controls for temperature, pressure, and fuel supply; respond promptly to alarms and system malfunctions.
