William C. Fallon was elected as a Director of the Company in May 2017, and appointed as Chief Executive Officer in September 15, 2017. Prior to being named Chief Executive Officer and Director, Mr. Fallon served as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of the Company and head of the Global Structured Finance Division. Mr. Fallon also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of National. From July of 2005 to March 1, 2007, Mr. Fallon was Vice President of the Company and head of Corporate and Strategic Planning. Prior to joining the Company in 2005, Mr. Fallon was a partner at McKinsey & Company and co-leader of that firm’s Corporate Finance and Strategy Practice.

I have over 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry and have extensive experience working with customers all around the world including the solicitation, review, structuring and approval of loan, and bond transactions in multiple industries around the world. My background also includes significant enterprise-wide risk management experience, having served in leadership roles responsible for financial risk disciplines including credit, market, operational, reputational and liquidity. I bring a broad global perspective to my work based on experiences derived from living and working 16 years in Europe and Asia, and advising customers in over 50 countries in Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. I hale from a rural family of farmers and infrastructure providers and I am proud to support the rural economy every day and believe deeply in serving rural communities across the country.

Wesley Robert Edens (born October 30, 1961) is an American businessman and private equity investor. He is the co-founder of Fortress Investment Group and founder of New Fortress Energy. Edens is co-owner of the Milwaukee Bucks NBA team franchise based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, along with Marc Lasry. He also owns the eSports team FlyQuest and, along with Nassef Sawiris, became majority shareholder of the English Premier League club Aston Villa in July 2018.

Scott C. Nuttall (New York) is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of KKR. He joined KKR in 1996. Most recently, he was the head of KKR’s Global Capital and Asset Management Group, where he was responsible for overseeing KKR’s Public Markets & Distribution businesses, which includes Credit, Capital Markets, Hedge Funds and our Client & Partner Group. He has played a significant role in driving the strategic development of KKR for the last 15 years, including his leadership on KKR’s public listing, developing the firm’s balance sheet strategy, helping build KKR’s platforms in the credit and hedge fund space and creating the firm’s capital markets and capital raising businesses. Mr. Nuttall also serves on KKR’s Balance Sheet Committee and the firm’s Inclusion and Diversity Council. He is currently a member of the board of directors of First Data Corporation, a KKR portfolio company. Prior to joining KKR, he was with the Blackstone Group where he was involved in numerous merchant banking and merger and acquisition transactions. He received a B.S., summa cum-laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. He has served on the board of various non-profit institutions with a particular focus on education, most recently as Co-Chairman of Teach for America - New York.
